WAI KEE CHAR SIEW *Best I've tasted

Picture

Upon arrival, we waited ~10 mins to find a table. And it would have been another 35mins before we got our food.

Definitely worth the wait for those heavenly succulent char siew. I think the secret is using exactly the right part of the pig. The fatty portion did the trick.

BACK TO SINGAPORE

Picture
At Changi Airport

Our flight from Penang to Singapore was scheduled at 5.10pm. Delayed to 5.30pm. Everyone rated the trip at least 4 of 5 stars. Fulfilled what we set out to accomplish, food and sightseeing. Recalling the amount of eateries and heritage places we mange to visit, this type of itinerary is only meant for young energetic chaps (like us).
